I promise to come fully prepared. Sixteen years in factories — as a maintenance engineer, safety officer, competent person, auditor and advocate — have taught me what genuinely helps people on the shop floor, and I will bring only that: what is practical, honest and useful.
I promise there will be no pressure and no exaggerated claims. I will not promise miracles, because safety is built steadily, one good decision at a time. I will simply share, with full sincerity, the three fundamentals that I have seen make a real difference.
I promise to respect your time and your questions. Every question asked during the session will be answered with care, and if something needs a longer discussion, I will stay back after the session to speak with you personally.
